Shipping policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
What it costs, how long it takes, and who carries the risk while your piece is in transit.
Complimentary shipping
Shipping is included on every order, in both directions, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. Insurance, signature service and the packaging itself are part of sending something valuable — not extras we itemise at checkout.
Within the United States, a piece held in stock usually reaches you two to four working days after it leaves the workshop.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with FedEx, UPS and DHL, chosen per destination rather than by contract. Every parcel is insured for its full replacement value and needs a signature at the door; nothing is left on a doorstep or with a neighbour.
A tracking number reaches you by email the moment the parcel is collected, and stays live until it is signed for.
Dispatch and making time
Pieces held in stock leave us within two working days. Anything made to order — which is most settings — takes about a fortnight, and we give you a date before you pay rather than after.
We do not offer same-day dispatch, and there is no counter to collect from: every piece is finished at our own bench and sent from there.
Customs and duties
We ship to more than twenty countries. Import duties and taxes are settled by us before the parcel travels, so nothing is owed on delivery and no parcel is held pending payment.
For orders inside the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout — the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
If something needs to come back
Send it back within thirty days, unworn and with its certificate, and we will refund it in full. Return postage is ours.
The first resize in the first year is free where the setting allows it. Full eternity bands and some patterned profiles cannot be resized without remaking the piece; if yours is one of those we will say so before you order, not after.
Questions about an order in transit? Write to us at our contact page and we will find it.
